Dustin Abney has held various leadership roles in property management and customer success, demonstrating a strong ability to scale operations and drive customer satisfaction. As the CEO of Portoro, Dustin focuses on providing premium vacation rental homes in leisure destinations. Previously, as the VP of Homes at AvantStay, Dustin oversaw various operational functions including new market openings and owner relations. With a background in customer success at Zillow Group and dotloop, Dustin has experience in scaling customer support and training programs. Additionally, as the President/COO of D. Alexander, Dustin co-founded a short-term rental hospitality brand and private equity fund. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Miami University.
