Anna Liza De Guzman is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry field. Currently serving as the BOH Assistant Manager at Porto's Bakery & Cafe since April 2022, Anna Liza has previously excelled as a Pastry Chef at Petit Trois Le Valley from February 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Supervisor at Hotel Bel-Air between March 2015 and February 2020, as well as positions as a Pastry Cook at Superba Food+Bread and Spago Beverly Hills from April 2014 to March 2015 and June 2011 to January 2014, respectively. Anna Liza's formal training in pastry arts was completed at The French Pastry School in 2008.
