Eric Stenta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Previously, Eric held the title of President and CEO at Polly's Pies, managing 13 restaurants and overseeing 10 franchised Kentucky Fried Chicken locations. Prior roles include SVP & Chief Concept Officer at Pollys Inc., Vice President of Operations at Greenleaf Gourmet ChopShop, and Vice President Food and Beverage Operations at House of Blues, where more than $125 million in sales was generated across multiple venues.
