Sharbani Mukherjee

Sharbani Mukherjee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in diverse HR roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HR at Portronics Digital Pvt Ltd since August 2018, Sharbani is responsible for comprehensive Human Resource Management, organizational culture enhancement, strategic management, leadership hiring, and performance management systems. Previous positions include Head of HR at Paul Wurth, where talent acquisition and management were key focuses, and Asst General Manager - HR at UFlex Limited, overseeing talent acquisition and workforce management in multiple countries. Sharbani has also held significant HR roles at Dukes India, Polar Group, and Bajaj Electricals Ltd, accumulating extensive expertise in employee development, recruitment, and organizational growth. Sharbani holds an MBA in Human Resource from Magadh University, alongside diplomas in Systems Management and a B.Sc in Physics.
