Dustin Lakey

Dustin Lakey has extensive experience in various roles related to operations and customer service. Currently employed as a Harbour Control Officer and Casual Harbour Control Duty Officer at Ports of Auckland since November 2013, Dustin has also served as Process Improvement Lead at Neptune Pacific Line from September 2017 to September 2018. Prior roles include Media Advisor at Yellow New Zealand and a decade-long tenure at Lufthansa InTouch, where responsibilities included performance reporting and monitoring agent calls. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Business Information Systems from Auckland University of Technology, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Business in Business Information Systems and Management from the same institution, completed in 2017. Education was initiated at Deutsche Schule Kapstadt, culminating in a Matric qualification in 2001.
