Nicholas Ellul

Nicholas Ellul is the General Manager Maritime and Harbour Master at Ports Victoria. Nicholas has extensive experience in navigational safety, project management, and maritime operations. Nicholas has worked in various roles in companies like Victorian Regional Channels Authority and GeelongPort. Nicholas also has a background in the Royal Australian Navy where Nicholas served as a Seaman Officer and held roles like Navigator and Principal Warfare Officer. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Project Management from UNSW and a Diploma in Government (Management) from the Royal Australian Navy. Nicholas is currently pursuing an Advanced Management Program at the Melbourne Business School.
