Amy Holmes Mrics

Amy Holmes MRICS is the HRA Building Safety Manager at Portsmouth City Council. Amy has previously held roles as a Principal Building Surveyor (Projects) and Building Surveyor (Projects) within the same organization. Amy began their career as a Trainee Building Surveyor at Portsmouth City Council and holds a BSC (Hons) in Building Surveying and the Environment from the University of Plymouth. Amy attended The Castle School for both their secondary and post-secondary education.
