Kim Pellett

Kim Pellett is an experienced economic development professional with a focus on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Currently serving as the Deputy Economic Growth Manager and previously as the SME Development Officer at Portsmouth City Council since March 2019, Pellett works to facilitate the expansion and growth of businesses. Prior to this role, Pellett spent twenty years as an Economic Development Officer at Chichester District Council. Pellett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Institutional Management from Cardiff University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
