Matthew Winnington

Matthew Winnington is a Councillor for the Liberal Democrats at Portsmouth City Council. Prior to this, they worked in a variety of administration and line management roles at The EC Roberts Centre from July 2016 to July 2019. Matthew also served as a Board Member for Langstone Harbour Board from May 2012 to May 2021. From September 2014 to June 2016, they worked as a Community Consultant for Atum Creations.

Matthew Winnington has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Egyptology from the University of Liverpool. Matthew also attended William Parker School in Hastings.
