Deborah Bell-Polson

Deborah Bell-Polson is a highly experienced nursing professional with a focus on quality assurance and maternal child health. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Portsmouth Regional Hospital since April 2021, Deborah has previously held significant leadership roles, including Associate Director of Nursing for OB & Pediatrics at Lowell Community Health Center and Director of WCHS at Parkland Medical Center. With a career that began in 1990 at Elliot Hospital, where Deborah served as both Clinical Leader and Staff RN, experience also includes roles as Clinical Instructor at Salter School and Clinical Faculty in Perinatal Community at IHI. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire.
