Howard Sanger is an experienced professional in project delivery and management within the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as Project Delivery Director for Portsmouth Water, Howard is leading the Havant Thicket Reservoir project, aimed at safeguarding critical chalk streams in Hampshire. Previously, as Framework Director at Kier Group, Howard facilitated a £3.1 billion Strategic Development Partnership Framework with Southern Water. Howard's expertise extends back to roles such as Mobilisation/Project Director for McNicholas, where Howard oversaw a major electrification project for Network Rail, and Regional Manager for T J Brent, managing a £50 million framework.
