Michael Rumboll MCIPS currently serves as the Head of Procurement at Portsmouth Water Limited since January 2020. With extensive experience at Southern Water from October 2000 to August 2019, Michael held various leadership roles including Head of Procurement Services, Procurement Governance & Practice Manager, and Supply Chain Manager, among others. Michael's expertise includes transforming asset planning and investment prioritization processes through technology and alignment with industry standards. Michael's educational background includes an MEng in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Technology from The University of Manchester and attendance at Charterhouse School.
