Bruce Lu

Bruce Lu has over four years of work experience in the Quality Assurance field. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer for Blocto (portto). In 2021, they moved to LINE Bank 連接銀行 as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for drawing a mind map to help visualize and understand the feature quickly, formulating test plans and design test cases on TestRail for new bank products, developing test strategy, test plan and test schedule, and building various combinations of test scenarios on mobile automation. Bruce also took the initiative to manage project scope and timeline, facilitate internal communication, and speed up the project. In 2018, Bruce Lu started working for OneDegree as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they worked with two different scrum teams from beginning to end and released the product. Bruce was responsible for automation/ manual testing, requirement analysis, test strategy and test plan creation, and providing technical support to customer support teams. Bruce was also able to integrate Testrail and JIRA for test case management and automation test coverage management, build automation test coverage from 0 to 90+%, and find unexpected and random bugs in the production environment. Additionally, Bruce Lu worked for SHOPLINE 全球智能開店平台 as a Quality Specialist, where they were responsible for manual test and automation test development, using Postman to do API testing, and checking if the UI component matches the spec.

Bruce Lu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Yuan-Ze University in 2014. Bruce then went on to receive their MS degree in Computer Science Engineering from Yuan-Ze University in 2016.
