Rafael Caseiro

Rafael Caseiro is a Part M/CAMO Engineer at Portugalia Airlines since November 2017, responsible for managing fleet-wide airworthiness requirements, modifications, and maintenance plans in compliance with national and EASA regulations. With prior experience as a Customer Service Representative at Embraer from July 2007 to June 2016, Rafael provided onsite support and technical direction for various airlines. Previously, as an Engineering Coordinator at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal from September 2001 to June 2007, Rafael coordinated commercial aviation engineering tasks, proposed structural repair solutions, and managed aircraft redelivery phases. Early career experience includes working as a Technical Pedagogical Engineer at CEPRA. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
