Hugo Freitas

Hugo Freitas is the Coordinating Director at the Portuguese Football Federation. Hugo was previously with UEFA, where they served as Applications Coordinator from October 2005 to November 2010, and IT Project Manager for UEFA EURO 2004 from June 2003 to December 2004.
