Carla Silva

Carla Silva possesses extensive experience in quality control and auditing within the context of currency production and document security. Since September 2000, Carla has been associated with INCM Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, most recently stepping into the role of Auditor in the Internal Audit Department in September 2023. Throughout this tenure, Carla has held various engineering and leadership positions focused on quality assurance in both the Coin Department and the Graphic Department, implementing and maintaining quality systems in accordance with industry standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Expert at the European Central Bank and coordinating quality certification processes at INCM. Carla holds degrees in Materials Engineering from both Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia and Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
