Anantharao Supramaniam

Anantharao Supramaniam currently serves as the Head of Finance Transformation at Pos Malaysia Berhad since February 2024. Prior to this role, Anantharao was with Lazada from March 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included optimizing sorting processes and planning material handling equipment capacity for sales campaigns. Anantharao's extensive experience at Western Digital (M) Sdn Bhd spanned from March 2000 to March 2020, holding various engineering positions including Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineer 2. Key responsibilities included managing teams for tooling and process maintenance, leading assembly engineering operations, and implementing continuous improvement strategies through lean manufacturing concepts. Anantharao holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from the University Teknikal Melaka Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Technology of Malaysia.
