Natalia Geming has a background in marketing and business development. She currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at Posadzimy.pl, where she leads and recruits a partnerships team, develops partnership networks, and provides business consultations in ESG and CSR. Prior to this, she worked at Trusted Shops as a Senior Sales Consultant, focusing on onboarding new employees, implementing new solutions for the sales department, and conducting sales webinars. Before that, Natalia was a Business Development Specialist at RedCart, where she acquired B2B clients, analyzed customer needs, provided marketing consultations, and co-created the Droplo project. At The Academy of Regenerative Medicine, she served as a Marketing Manager, creating and implementing marketing strategies using social media, creating graphics, and managing brand content.
