Carol Susla

Carol Susla has an extensive work experience in quality and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. Carol has held various leadership roles, such as Vice President Quality at Poseida Therapeutics, Senior Director at Grifols, and Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Carol'sresponsibilities have included overseeing quality systems, regulatory affairs, and site quality management at different companies like GC Biotherapeutics Inc., Kedrion Biopharma, and Baxalta Inc. Carol's career highlights also include roles at The Apotex Group of Companies, where they served as Associate Director and Senior Director of Quality.

Carol Susla holds a B.A. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Carol also completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management with a focus on Human Resources Professional from Humber College in 2010. Recently, they obtained a Master's of Science in Regulatory Science from the Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, completing their degree in December 2021. Additionally, Carol has obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO) from Professional Engineers Ontario.
