Justin Sikes

Justin Sikes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin is currently working as the Vice President of Quality/Safety and Risk Management at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Accreditation and Quality Improvement at Regional Mental Health Center from 2014 to 2022, where they ensured mental health and primary care/dental accreditation and conducted quality improvement projects. Additionally, they worked as a Data Analyst/Grant Writer at the same company from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued collaboration opportunities, participated in educational meetings, and completed writing projects. Before that, they were a Graduate Teaching Associate at Arizona State University from 2008 to 2011. Justin also gained experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist at nFocus Solutions™ in 2009.

Justin Sikes has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Writing from DePauw University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Justin later pursued further education at Arizona State University, where they completed their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing - Fiction from 2008 to 2011. Alongside their formal education, Justin has also obtained several additional certifications. Justin became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the Management & Strategy Institute in December 2021. Justin then acquired the CPI Certified Instructor - Associate certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute in October 2021. Recently, in February 2023, they further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications as a Change Management Specialist and a Project Management Qualified, both from the Management & Strategy Institute.
