Justin Schmidt has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Justin started their career at Syngenta in 2004, where they worked in the M&A group and later became the Director of Global Operations for Dulcinea Farms LLC. In these roles, they focused on evaluating potential acquisitions, identifying supply chain synergies, and implementing strategies to realize those synergies.

Justin then moved on to Power Balance Technologies Inc in 2010, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer. In this position, they oversaw the company's operations and focused on the accessories category within the sporting goods industry.

From 2013 to 2017, Justin worked at Takeya USA as the President and COO/CFO. During their time there, they were responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations.

Following their role at Takeya USA, Justin held positions at QALO, 4x400, Dastmalchi, and Livana, where they served as a Strategic Growth Specialist, Interim President, Strategic Growth Specialist, and Co-Founder, respectively.

More recently, Justin joined Posh Peanut®️ in 2018 as a Strategic Growth Specialist on the executive team. Justin then moved on to work at PÜL in 2019 as an Operations Lead and Shareholder.

In addition to their professional experience, Justin co-founded Lindsay Hatcher Company in 2017, where the focus was on delivering value for emerging and high-growth companies across multiple industries. Justin also co-founded Livana, which combines modern design with temperature-controlled innovation to provide smart beauty accessories for women on-the-go.

Justin Schmidt attended UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics / Accounting. Justin then attended Lincoln Highschool, although the specific dates and any degree or field of study information is unavailable. Justin Schmidt also obtained a CPA certification from the State of California in September 2001.
