Joe M.

Joe M. is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience across various organizations, currently contributing to Posh since August 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held senior design positions at Qantas and Dovetail, where significant focus was placed on developing generative AI features and conversational AI interfaces. At Future Friendly, Joe led large-scale product strategies for high-profile clients, while earlier roles at Zoomo encompassed product design, brand direction, and web development. Joe's career began as a Graphic Designer at Zoomo, and experience includes a brief stint as an Innovation Strategist at the Centre for Inclusive Design. Joe holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication (Journalism) and Creative Intelligence and Innovation, Design from the University of Technology Sydney.
