Suman Gandham is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Posibl AI since January 2025 and as a Director on the Board of Jubilee Hills Bank Limited since June 2023, Suman's previous ventures include founding Dacio AI Pvt Ltd and Finin, a mobile-first Neo-banking startup, where Suman held the CEO position until its acquisition by Open Financial Technologies in March 2023, where Suman served as VP of Strategy & New Initiatives. Early career roles include Director of Tech & Innovations at Nekko Capital, Tech Project Manager at Zapper.com, Founder & CEO of Vozio Telecom, and Founder of Letmecallu. Suman holds an MS-CIT in Telecommunications and Information Technology from IT-Universitetet i København and a BCA in Computer Applications from Osmania University.
