Crystal Burnham has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Crystal started their career at Standard Companies, Inc in 2006 as a Help Desk Supervisor, where they managed a team of 4 people and handled scheduling, time tracking, and policy management. In 2013, they joined PosiGen as a Document Compliance Supervisor, where they reviewed customer leases for accuracy and created standard operating procedures. Crystal then progressed to the role of Document Compliance Manager, where they researched special cases for the Sales team and performed internal audits. Crystal later became the Document Compliance Senior Manager, responsible for communicating changes to various teams and maintaining product pricing. Crystal'smost recent role at PosiGen is Director of Corporate Operations, overseeing five departments and providing suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
