Lauren Williams-Elstein

Lauren Williams-Elstein is currently the Vice President of Channel Development at PosiGen, having joined the company in April 2023. Previously, Lauren served as the Senior Director of Energy Access & Inclusion at Mosaic from September 2018 to April 2023, where the focus was on promoting equitable access to clean energy through innovative partnerships and financing solutions. Prior roles at Mosaic included National Director of Home Improvement Lending Sales and leadership in product management for the solar business. Lauren's professional history also encompasses positions at Omidyar Network, Oportun, and DC Energy, along with early experience at Coach for College, teaching and coaching in Vietnam, and an internship at Nike. Lauren holds an MBA in Impact Investing and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Virginia.
