Monica Posada

Monica Posada's work experience includes serving as the Director of Legal Operations at PosiGen starting in 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Sunrun, including Director of Consumer Policy & Training from 2021 to 2022 and Senior Manager Consumer Policy & Training from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Vivint Solar as a Senior Manager-Compliance and Risk Management from 2020 to 2020, and as a Paralegal/Licensing Manager from 2017 to 2020. Monica also worked as a Paralegal at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 2015 to 2016, and at Snell & Wilmer as a Paralegal from 2014 to 2015, and as a Legal Secretary from 2012 to 2014. Monica began their career as a Paralegal at Burr & Forman LLP from 2009 to 2011.

Monica Posada holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Monica also earned an Associate in Arts and Science degree from Miami Dade Community College. In 2019, Monica obtained certification as a Utah Certified Translator/Interpreter from the Utah Clerk of the Court. Additionally, they have a certification as a Florida Registered Paralegal.
