Prad Nadakuduty

Prad Nadakuduty has a diverse and extensive work experience in the renewable energy and finance sectors. Prad most recently held the position of Vice President, Capital Markets at PosiGen starting in 2023. Prior to that, Prad worked at Catalyze as a Senior Director, Finance and Capital Raising from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they led the origination, negotiation, and closing of significant tax equity and loan financings for renewable energy projects.

Before joining Catalyze, Prad was an Asset Management Executive at Climate Fund Managers from 2019 to 2021. Prad played a crucial role in managing investments in renewable energy assets across developing markets. Prad also has experience in solar project development and project finance, having worked at GE Solar from 2016 to 2019. During their time at GE Solar, they led project development efforts and was responsible for transitioning assets to a significant sponsor equity fund.

Prior to GE Solar, Prad worked as a Distributed Generation Solar Project Developer at SunEdison from 2015 to 2016. Prad was responsible for leading the development cycle of solar projects for commercial and industrial clients. Prad also has experience working in the consulting and investment banking sectors, having held positions at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Credit Suisse, respectively.
