Danielle Volpe

Danielle J. Volpe has a diverse work experience in the legal field, starting as a Realtor Assistant at Lynx Realty Services from 2006 to 2010. Danielle J. then worked as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 2010 to 2011, where they assisted in creating The Collaborative Court Program. After that, they served as a Legal Assistant at Brooklyn Defender Services from 2011 to 2012, conducting client intake and managing courtroom proceedings.

In 2013, Volpe interned at Subin Associates, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on various issues. Danielle J. also worked as a Clinical Intern at Bet Tzedek Legal Services in the same year, assisting clients with disability and housing issues.

Starting in 2014, Volpe worked as a Law Clerk at United Realty Advisors, LP, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and responding to discovery demands. Danielle J. then joined OHL North America as a Law Clerk in 2015 and later became an Associate Counsel and Project Counsel, handling legal matters and contracts.

From 2018 to 2020, Volpe worked at Pepper Hamilton LLP as an Associate, managing complex construction disputes and drafting various agreements. Danielle J. joined Posillico in 2020 as General Counsel and was promoted to Vice President, General Counsel in 2021.

Throughout their career, Volpe has gained experience in construction law, real estate, litigation, legal research, client advocacy, and contract drafting.

Danielle J. Volpe obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Cardozo School of Law in the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree from New York University between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their education, Danielle holds certifications from the California State Bar, the District of Columbia State Bar, and the New York State Bar Association.
