Nina Malagic Raynor, MS, BCBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavior analysis and clinical training. Nina began their career as a Research Assistant at UF Applied Behavior Analysis Lab from 2009 to 2010. Nina then worked as a Behavior Assistant at Positive Behavior Supports, where they implemented behavioral programs for home clients, trained parents, participated in case management meetings, and collected and analyzed data. From 2011 to 2013, Nina worked as a Behavior Consultant at Behavior Management Consultants, providing behavioral consultations. Nina then joined Behavior Analysis, Inc. as a Clinical Supervisor from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Nina joined Positive Behavior Supports Corp. as the Regional Clinical Training Coordinator and Tech Development and User Experience, a role they held until 2019. Nina then transitioned to the position of Director of Business Process Operations at the same company. In 2015, Nina also worked as a Clinical Implementation Specialist at DSS, Inc., where they provided training for mental health and EMR software within VA and psychiatric hospital settings.

Nina Malagic Raynor holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Florida from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) since 2013. Nina also has various certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma and SQL obtained from different institutions such as Alison, Codecademy, and LinkedIn.
