Director of community engagement at Positive Coaching Alliance

Armon Harvey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. armon currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Positive Coaching Alliance since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recreation Program Coordinator at the County of San Diego starting from October 2018. Additionally, Armon held the position of Assistant Football Coach and Community Relations at the San Diego Strike Force from April 2019. armon also founded The Harvey Family Foundation in March 2019.

In terms of their coaching experience, Armon worked as a Varsity High School Football Coach at the San Diego Unified School District from August 2011. armon also held various coaching positions at La Jolla High School, including Varsity Assistant Coach, Junior Varsity Head Coach, and Offensive Coordinator from January 2016 to June 2022. Furthermore, they served as the Head Football Coach Div II at Cineplexx Blue Devils from December 2014 to July 2016 and previously worked as a Co-Defensive Coordinator, DB/RB Coach, and Community Relations personnel at the same organization from December 2011 to August 2014.

Alongside their coaching roles, Armon had experiences beyond the sports industry. armon worked as an Asset Recovery Agent at Wheels from October 2018 to June 2022 and as a Supervisor at GREEN-GO RECYCLING INC. from September 2014 to September 2016.

Armon Harvey pursued their education at San Diego Mesa College from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associates degree in Liberal Arts. Following this, they attended Greenville University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design.
