Monica Santos Quintana

Monica Santos Quintana has a strong background in sports coaching and program development. Monica currently holds the position of Vice President, DEI Initiatives at Positive Coaching Alliance, starting in April 2022. Before that, Monica worked at Coaching Corps for over a decade, where they held various roles, including Director of Coach Experience from April 2018 to April 2022, Director of Programs from October 2015 to April 2018, and Director of Program Development from May 2010 to October 2015. Prior to Coaching Corps, Monica worked at Team-Up for Youth as the Director of Coaching Corps from June 2007 to May 2010 and as a Coaching Corps Coordinator from June 2005 to June 2007.

Monica Santos Quintana completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies, Education, and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued their Master of Education in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, from 2003 to 2005.
