Suzanne Sillett

Vice President, Education and Innovation at Positive Coaching Alliance

Suzanne Sillett has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching and education. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at San Francisco State University. Suzanne then served as the Head Soccer Coach at Berkeley High School from 1998 to 2013. In 2003, Suzanne worked as the Sports, Health, and Wellness Director at Community Bridges Beacon, and concurrently as the Head Coach of Women's Club Soccer at UC Berkeley until 2005. In 2006, they joined Coaching Corps as the Director of Education and Quality, a role they held until 2022. During their tenure, they also worked as a National Trainer at the US Soccer Foundation from 2011 to 2015. Suzanne served as the Head Coach at Tottenham Hotspur East Bay from 2015 to 2017 and as the Head Coach at ACC Mavericks from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Education and Innovation at Positive Coaching Alliance, starting in 2022.

Suzanne Sillett completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis between 1991 and 1995. Later on, between 2000 and 2003, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Recreation at San Francisco State University.
