Frank Sutton

Frank Sutton has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Frank is the Founder and CEO of Positive Distribution LLC, an eCommerce company that manages third-party products in its Amazon Seller Central store. Frank is responsible for the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of LOCK LACES® and other consumer products worldwide.

Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Visitors at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Member of the Board of Directors at Durham Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Prior to these roles, Frank was the Co-Owner and Operator of Great Stops LLC, where they managed the business operations. Frank also held the position of President and CEO at The Village Bank, successfully turning around the troubled community bank and achieving consistent growth in profits and assets before selling the bank.

Furthermore, they served as the Controller and CFO of Old Stone Bank of North Carolina, handling mergers, acquisitions, and assisting with the sale of the bank to BB&T. Frank began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant and CPA.

Frank Sutton attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Frank completed their studies at the college in 1982.
