Olivia Spruce has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Olivia is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Positive Healthcare, where they excel at finding and placing the right professionals in healthcare organizations. Prior to that, Olivia worked as the Operations Director at TFS Healthcare, specializing in both locum and permanent appointments. Olivia also served as the Managing Director at LIFELINE RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Olivia's experience also includes roles at HCL plc as an Associate Director and Strategic Account Manager, where they worked on developing business strategies and creating bespoke recruitment solutions for healthcare providers. Before that, they worked as a Development Manager at BS Housing and as the Divisional Head of Social Housing at Sagitta Recruitment Ltd. Olivia started their career as a Section Manager at Hays Social Housing.
