Kelly Melear-Hough

Kelly Melear-Hough, MPH, ACC, is a seasoned transformational life coach and CEO of Kelly Melear-Hough Coaching, specializing in guiding professionals toward clarity, healing, and authentic self-expression since February 2021. Additionally, Kelly serves as a mental fitness coach at Positive Intelligence and a BetterUp Certified Coach, providing personalized coaching for personal and career development. Previously, Kelly co-led Rural Medical Services, Inc. as interim CEO and COO, achieving significant grant funding and operational expansion for health services. With a robust background in community health education and extensive experience in serving diverse populations, Kelly has contributed to various organizations and initiatives, including board membership at Centro Hispano De East TN and founding a real estate company focused on aiding Hispanic families. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Health from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's in Anthropology and Sociology from Lafayette College.
