Wendy Sherwin Swire

Wendy Sherwin Swire, MA, PCC, is the principal of Swire Solutions, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting firm established in 1994, providing coaching services to Fortune 500 leaders, international organizations, and government clients. As a certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach and PQ Mastery "Firekeeper" since 2022, Swire also serves on the advisory board for the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership and has held positions as an executive coach and facilitator with the Leadership Research Institute and Capital One. Swire is the founder of the DC Neuroleadership Group, focusing on the application of neuroscience in leadership, and has previously contributed as a co-author for a published coaching book. With a robust academic background that includes a MALD in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Mount Holyoke College, Swire's past experience includes serving as an International Economist for the United States Department of Treasury.
