Amy Verlsteffen

Amy Verlsteffen's work experience includes a role as VP Patient Access at Elevate ENT Partners starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TytoCare from 2020 to 2023, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Clinical Transformation and Head of Clinical Operations and Strategy. In these positions, they played a key role in enhancing sales and implementation teams, providing telehealth implementation knowledge, engaging with consumers and clinicians for product feedback, and leading change management initiatives. Before joining TytoCare, they worked at Pediatric Associates, South Florida from 2001 to 2020, where they served as the Director of Telehealth and Director of Patient Contact Center. In these roles, they implemented and operated a robust telehealth program, developed and implemented a nurse triage-focused call center, and worked as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Amy Verlsteffen received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from the University of Florida. Amy'sfield of study was Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Amy attended the university from 1991 to 1999.
