Irfan Bakhtawar

Irfan Bakhtawar is a seasoned consultant with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant at Positive Moves since May 2024, Irfan is involved in the PMMIU (Program Management, Monitoring and Implementation) Unit for the RD&PR sector. Prior to this, from October 2023 to April 2024, Irfan worked as a Consultant for Primus Partners India, focusing on the Project Management Unit for the PM Gati Shakti Programme in Leh, UT Ladakh. Irfan also has a background as a Junior Consultant at the Directorate of Census Operations, providing consulting services to District Administration from December 2021 to September 2023, and has experience as a Senior Academic Counselor at Vedantu from February 2019 to November 2021. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Subharti University, along with a Master’s degree in Statistics and a BSc in Actuarial Science from Islamic University of Science & Technology, Pulwama.
