Kate Roddy

Kate Roddy serves as a Partner at Positive Moves since June 2023. Previously, Kate held the position of Chief People Officer at OneWeb from January 2018 to May 2023, where notable achievements included the construction of the C-suite and leadership team post-bankruptcy, as well as spearheading the search and development of executive talent. Earlier in their career, Kate worked as Global HR Director at OneWeb, where Kate was instrumental in establishing the UK headquarters and building the European HR team. At Inmarsat, from April 2004 to September 2017, Kate served as HR Director, providing support to the Group Chief Technology Officer and managing significant organizational changes, including leadership of the Global Xpress program which involved a substantial investment in the UK's commercial space sector. Kate also held the role of HR Business Partner earlier in their career.
