Sonal Bahl

Sonal Bahl is a Partner at Positive Moves, where they specialize in talent acquisition. Prior to their current role, Sonal was with Bharti Airtel Limited from February 2009 to September 2012, where they served as Talent Acquisition-SME. In this role, they were responsible for developing TA strategy for pan-India operations with a focus on standardizing TA processes & policies and further developing specialized tools to support the TA function. Sonal also maintained processes to measure, analyze and report TA efficiency across the entire network.

From January 2007 to December 2007, Sonal was a Summer Trainee with Whirlpool Corporation.

Sonal has a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding. Sonal is an expert in developing efficient systems and process to support large-scale recruiting efforts. Sonal is also skilled in vendor management and has experience launching employee branding initiatives.

Sonal Bahl has an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad. Sonal also has a B.Com(Hons) in Finance and General from Lady Shri Ram College For Women, Delhi University. Lastly, they have a Higher Secondary in Finance and General from Delhi Public School R.K.Puram (C.B.S.E.).
