Tina Gaskell is the current Head of Finance at Positive Solutions. Tina has also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Waggl, a Perceptyx Company, and Executive Partner, Customer Success + Sales at TruthPoint, which is now pCare. Tina has also been Regional Director, C Suite Advisor at Huron and COO and Co-Founder at Psycholegal Assessments, Inc.

Tina has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, leadership development, and performance improvement strategy. Tina is an expert in analyzing revenue drivers and financial impacts, as well as key performance indicators. Tina has a proven track record in increasing EBITDA and creating cultures of excellence within organizations.

Tina Gaskell has a degree in the Science of Wellbeing from Yale University and a Master of Arts from Ball State University. Tina is certified in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from LinkedIn, and in Accountability Builder and Culture Transformation from CULTURE PARTNERS (formerly Partners In Leadership). Tina is also certified as a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional from Evergreen Certifications, and as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Additionally, they have certifications in Leadership Accountability Builder from CULTURE PARTNERS (formerly Partners In Leadership) and in Miller Heiman Solution Selling from the Miller Heiman Group. Finally, they have a Sandler Selling Bronze certification from Sandler Training.
