Co T. has a diverse work experience in talent sourcing and recruitment. From July 2022 onwards, Co T. is working as a Talent Sourcing Lead cum Employer Branding Specialist at Positive Thinking Company APAC. Prior to this, from February 2022 to June 2022, Co T. served as a Talent Sourcing Lead at the same company. Co T. also has experience working as a Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist at Positive Thinking Company from June 2021 to March 2022, where they supervised the DDT Sourcing team, trained and coached sourcers, and implemented the sourcing strategy for job searches. Before joining Positive Thinking Company, Co T. held roles at PYCOGroup as a Principal Talent Sourcing from February 2021 to June 2021, as a Talent Sourcing Lead from February 2020 to February 2021, and as a Talent Sourcing Specialist from January 2019 to February 2020. Co T.'s earlier work experience includes working as a Technical Researcher/Talent Sourcer at vsource.io from July 2015 to January 2019 and as a Gallery Attendant at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas in 2014.
