Uy Nguyen

Uy Nguyen has extensive work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. Uy currently holds the position of People & Culture Leader and HR Leader APAC at Positive Thinking Company APAC, where they joined in June 2023. Uy previously served as the Head of HR at PYCOGROUP, which became part of Positive Thinking Company in June 2021. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at DXC Technology Vietnam from October 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, Uy held the role of Manager of Organisational Development & Effectiveness at Maersk Vietnam from May 2005 to October 2008. Uy began their career as an Associate Manager of Human Resources at Samsung Vina Electronics in March 2001, where they worked until May 2005.

Uy Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
