Thomas Seguin

Thomas Seguin has worked in the software engineering industry for the past five years. In 2015, they worked as a Software Developer at Reminiz, where they upgraded several annotation tools and developed new ones to help increase productivity. Thomas also created visualisation tools for annotation tasks. In 2016, they worked as a Full-stack Developer at Regaind, where they created, managed and supported annotation tasks, worked on various technology demonstrations, and worked on data processing tools for researchers. In 2017, they were an intern at GrokStyle, where they created and managed annotation tasks, managed groups of annotators on MechanicalTurk, and created a crawling infrastructure and hand crafted scrapers. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, where they worked remotely with clients in the United States while living in France and created and managed annotation tasks. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Data Engineering at Posos, where they created a centralised data store and versioning systems, organized the roadmap for the data engineering team, and served as the point of contact for other teams.

Thomas Seguin obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical Engineering and Software Engineering from CentraleSupélec between 2014 and 2018.
