Iman Payos

Iman Payos has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. They began their career as a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Project Management at Compass Technology Co. Ltd. in 2015, where they held that position until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Quality and Process Improvement Consultant at VOS HK Limited. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Quality Assurance Engineering at Possehl Electronics HK. Prior to these roles, they held various positions such as Quality Director at Amertron Inc., Director of Quality Assurance at Inari Amertron Berhad, and QA Manager at Compass Technology Co. Ltd. In their earlier career, they served as Operations Manager at I-Link Asia and President at Global Teleconnek Corp (Phils). They also worked as the Global Supplier Quality Manager at Johnson Electric and Senior Manager, New Product Development at Compass Technology Group. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University, from 1980 to 1985.
