Marcin Heliosz

Marcin Heliosz currently serves as Sales and Operations Director for Possehl Erzkontor GmbH & Co. KG since July 2021 and operates as a consultant through MH Consulting since September 2018, focusing on operational excellence and business development within the building materials and mining industries. Previously, Marcin held the position of CEO at Zakład Usług Komunalnych w Piekoszowie Sp. z o. o., overseeing public water supply and sewage treatment from April 2019 to March 2021. A substantial tenure at Nordkalk Corporation spanned from June 2000 to August 2018, during which Marcin progressed through various roles including Director of Business Development for Central-East Europe and Chief Operations Officer, managing multiple business units across several countries. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Lafarge, where Marcin optimized cement production processes. Marcin's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Technology and a postgraduate study in Company Management and Marketing from the Technical University in Gliwice.
