Jake Stein has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jake has most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at Possibilities Northeast, a leading provider of early intervention services in Northeast Indiana. Prior to that, Jake held the position of Board Chair at the Indiana Interagency Coordinating Council, which focused on providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities. Jake also worked as a Business Development Manager at Zebra Technologies, where they helped retailers improve inventory accuracy for optimal sales. Earlier in their career, Jake was a Senior Business Development Manager at Inmar and served as a Branch Board Member at the YMCA. Jake began their professional journey as a Testing Administrator at ManpowerGroup.

Jake Stein attended the University of Evansville from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Business. Following this, they pursued further education at Roosevelt University from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Possibilities Northeast has been serving the pediatric community in Northeast Indiana since 2001. Our services include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Developmental, Speech, Occupational, Physical, Aquatic and Feeding therapies through one of our 4 therapy clinics or through First Steps services for the state of Indiana. First Steps is the Early Intervention program of the State of Indiana. Services include Occupational, Physical, Developmental, and Speech Therapy and as well other forms of therapy and support. First Steps services are provided for children birth up to their 3rd birthday. The program is designed to meet the needs of infants and toddlers with, or at risk for, developmental delays, regardless of income. Services take place in the child's natural environment, including the child's home, daycare, or local parks to name a few. Embedding strategies into a child's daily routine helps the caregivers more easily implement them. Our ABA and Outpatient Services program combines the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, occupational, physical and feeding therapy to develop core skills to maximize the success of each child. This includes providing 1:1 services in our facility, home, and community settings. Our goal is to equip children and families with the tools needed to overcome barriers and challenges in daily life. This may include facilitating a trip to the grocery store, recreational facility or other locations that part of your family's natural routine.
