Donna Daniels, Ph.D., is a prominent leader in the field of philanthropy and social impact, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Possibility Labs since March 2024. Previously, as Vice President at The Heron Foundation, Daniels spearheaded place-based philanthropy initiatives, placing power and resources in the hands of community partners. Prior roles include Vice President of Philanthropic Services at RSF Social Finance, where strategic focus was placed on trust-based philanthropy, and principal consultant at The Daniels Consultancy, specializing in social justice and diversity. Daniels also served in key positions at Social Venture Network, Iconoculture, and Columbia University, with extensive expertise in market research and strategic advisory roles. Education includes a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Stanford University, a Master's Degree in African-American Studies from Yale University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Haverford College.
