Amanda Jacob

Amanda Jacob has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they began working at Possible as a Business Analyst and Customer Success Associate. Amanda also began working at General Assembly in 2020 as a Data Analytics Instructional Associate, where they assisted students with questions about Excel, SQL, and Tableau and assisted with minor technical issues. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Leafly as a Customer Success Analyst and Customer Support Specialist, where they documented process on how to pull data for weekly operation reports, created data tracking documents, assisted with implementing a QA process for the support team, and resolved customer and client service issues. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Chase as a Personal Banker, Senior Teller, Lead Teller Operations Specialist, and Senior Teller, where they handled customer transactions, performed general teller duties, maintained friendly and professional customer interactions, and rapidly and efficiently prepared customer and ATM cash and change orders.

Amanda Jacob attended Brewster High School from 2005 to 2009 and graduated with a Regents degree. Amanda then attended Dutchess Community College from 2009 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Applied Science. In 2019, they completed the Data Analytics course at General Assembly Seattle.
