Cole Mercer

Cole Mercer has extensive work experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition. Cole is currently serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at Possible since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Growth Marketing Consultant at Ziff Davis from August 2022 to February 2023. Cole has also held leadership positions at NortonLifeLock, including Sr. Director of Growth & Mobile Customer Acquisition from April 2020 to August 2021 and Director of Digital Media from July 2017 to April 2020. Cole served as the Director of Growth at LifeLock, Inc. from August 2016 to July 2017 and as the Sr. Marketing Manager from December 2013 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, Cole worked as an Advisor at OvationCXM and as the Head of Customer Acquisition at Lemon, Inc. Cole's experience also includes working at Bling Nation as part of the Pacific Team, where they focused on mobile payments and loyalty programs. Cole started their career at Intelius, where they held roles as a Business Analyst and Account Manager, managing partnerships and social media strategy. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Assistant - Parts at Western Peterbilt.

Cole Mercer attended Seattle Preparatory from 1999 to 2003. Cole then enrolled at Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance. Additionally, in 2005 and 2006, they participated in the Gonzaga in Florence program, where they studied Philosophy, Theology, Finance, and Marketing.
